PRIVACY POLICY
We collect your name and email when you sign up to our newsletter. When you book an appointment with Maternal Manna, your personal information is collected (including name, DOB, address, email) for consultation purposes. Your email will be added as a recipient of our newsletter and you can opt out of the newsletter at any stage.
We will keep your email address private and only use this to send you information from Maternal Manna.
Your personal details will be kept private and will not be shared or sold to any third parties. Our online booking system stores personal data using secure cloud storage.
CONSULTATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
All consultations are performed via Zoom.
Consult fees are payable at the time of booking.
24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided a 50% rebooking/cancellation fee will be charged.
If an appointment is missed or no-showed, then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
