All consultations are performed via Zoom or Facetime.

Consult fees are payable at the time of booking. 

 

24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided a 50% rebooking/cancellation fee will be charged. 

 

If an appointment is missed or no-showed, then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
